THIS ANIMAL IS GUARANTEED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Seller agrees to have given puppy first shots and have wormed puppy at least one time.
2. To be in good physical condition for the first 48 hours after the time of delivery. The buyer agrees to have the puppy
examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after the delivery time for a complete physical examination. If a veterinarian
finds the puppy to have a contagious disease or to have a serious physical condition other than a bacterial infection such as
coccidia or giardia, which is easily treated, the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better
quality. The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller. If a veterinarian does not
examine the puppy within 48 hours after delivery time, the above guarantees are no longer in effect. No monies will be
refunded.
3. To be free of any congenital or hereditary defects that would interfere with the animal living a quality life until such
puppy is one (1) year of age. If such an congenital or hereditary defect is documented by a veterinarian and presented to
the seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable quality, in the
case no puppies are available one will be reserved from a future breeding. The seller reserves the right to a second
veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller.
4. To be of sound temperament, that is, to be neither so shy nor vicious as to render the dog to be an unfit companion.
This guarantee of temperament is effective only until the dog reaches one (1) year of age, if sold as a puppy, and is
contingent upon reasonable proof that any defect in temperament is not the result of lack of proper care or training on the
part of the buyer.

the sale of this dog. Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any
modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not be effective.

1. New owner/buyer agrees to use the Langley name as the prefix in the registered name of the dog.
2. New owner/buyer agrees that puppy will receive its required next 2 puppy combo shots and regular worming. At one
(1) year of age the animal will receive its Rabies and booster, to be administered by a vet .
3. New owner/buyer agrees to maintain a quality feeding program, fresh water at all times, a secure and clean exercise
and living space with proper shelter.
4. New owner/buyer agrees to maintain up to date vaccinations and regular routine worming. All for Pride Kennels cannot
be held liable for any health defects due to new owners/buyers negligence regarding vaccinations and worming after the
date of sale.
5. The new owner/buyer agrees that the animal will not be used for any illegal activity, and if found doing so seller has full
rights and authority to reclaim animal and all rights of ownership to that animal. New owner/buyer forfeits all rights to
animal and monies paid for animal. With no refund or replacement to be given by seller/breeder. Charges will be filed with
the local authorities.
6. If there are ANY circumstances that arise and the new owner/buyer can no longer keep the animal, All for Pride
Kennels, MUST BE NOTIFIED by new owner/buyer IMMEDIATELY and given first claim of animal. Return
shipping is the full responsibility of the new owner. THERE SHALL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.
7. New owner/buyer agrees to keep in contact with All for Pride Kennels on a regular basis. If any of the new
owners/buyers contact information changes, particularly the address and/or phone, new owner/buyer agrees to contact All
for Pride Kennels immediately and advise them of the changes. New owner/buyer will on occasion supply the breeder, All
for Pride Kennels, with pictures, weight and other health related information in regards to the animal.
8. New owner/buyer agrees that if purchasing a female animal she will not be used for breeding until animal has reached
the age of 2 years old and is in proper health for breeding. (exceptions:_____________________________________

9. If purchasing a male animal from the breeder, new owner/buyer agrees they must allow one stud service with a waiver

Upon receipt of payment in full, new owner/buyer will receive a one (1) year membership to the local American Dog
Breeders Association sanctioned club.
